Shipping Timeframe
All of our bridesmaid matching pajamas are made to order just for you and your bridal party! Because of this, please allow 10–14 business days for delivery. This includes production and shipping time.
Note: During peak wedding and holiday seasons, slight delays may occur. We recommend ordering early to ensure your items arrive in time for your wedding or bachelorette party.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our products are made to order, which means they’re custom-produced for each customer. This allows us to offer unique styles for every bride tribe—but also means we can’t restock or resell items.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to assist.
Q: My order says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what now?
A: Sometimes packages are marked delivered early or placed in secure areas. Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help look into it.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within United States. We hope to expand our shipping options soon!
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: While rare, if your item is damaged during shipping, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll work to make it right.
